It's been a long time since I was in Germany. And while I don't get a chance to go back very often, I have many fond memories of the place. The pages that follow are a tour through this place my ancestors called home, leading up to a family reunion where all my paternal grandmother's children and grandchildren converged on the small old-world city of Bamberg.
