Another trip to the West Pacific. This time, it's to Taiwan ... and Cambodia.

As is sometimes the case, unforseen circumstances (weather at Taipei International Airport) scuttled travel plans to the larger part of Taiwan, so this is really just a chronicle of the stay in Taipei.
